5. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to help improve website performance, security and user experience. Cookies may collect information about how visitors use our website. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Website visit statistics

We count visits to our website using a cookie-free measurement that we operate ourselves. For each page view we record the page visited, the website you arrived from (if any), your approximate country (derived from your connection; we do not store your IP address) and your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). Nothing is stored on your device and we cannot identify you from this information. We use it to understand which pages are useful, and the records are deleted after 13 months.

Google Analytics

Only if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Our website assistant

Our website includes an automated assistant (“Ask EGA”) that answers general questions about our services and can help you get in touch. It does not provide medical advice. Conversations are stored for 90 days so that our team can review them and improve our service, and are then deleted automatically. Messages are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive health information in the chat; for specific medical concerns, please contact us directly or book a consultation.

Website forms

When you submit our booking or contact form, or ask to see our prices, we store the details you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number and message) so that we can respond, and our team is notified by email.

6. Data Security and Retention

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. We retain information only for as long as necessary and in accordance with legal, regulatory and healthcare record-keeping requirements.

7. Your Rights

  • Requesting access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Requesting correction of inaccurate information.
  • Requesting restriction or objection to certain processing.
  • Requesting deletion of information where applicable.

8. Complaints and Contact Us

If you have any questions or concerns about how we handle your personal information, please contact us:
