Panel
What's Covered
A structured 60-minute clinical conversation covering the domains that shape long-term healthspan: cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, cognitive, musculoskeletal and lifestyle health.
01Detailed clinical history
Review of personal medical, family, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition and stress history. Identifies the drivers a longevity plan should prioritise.
02Goal mapping
Clarifies what you are optimising for: energy, body composition, cognitive performance, hormonal balance, sports longevity, or general healthspan.
03Investigation planning
Selection of the biomarker panels, body composition and performance assessments relevant to your picture. Avoids unnecessary testing.
04Intervention framework
A coordinated plan covering nutrition, training, sleep, supplementation, hormonal review and, where appropriate, medical interventions.

Difference
Why a Doctor-Led Consultation
Longevity medicine combines diagnostics, lifestyle science and clinical judgement. Sequencing matters.
Clinical assessment first
A doctor-led history clarifies what is worth testing and what is not, reducing wasted spend on irrelevant panels.
Coordinated planning
Investigations, nutrition, training and any medical intervention are sequenced into one coherent plan rather than parallel silos.
Continuity
The consultation feeds directly into the Longevity Review pathway and any subsequent specialist input.

Questions
Common Questions
Do I need to do tests before the consultation?
No. The consultation itself defines what testing is appropriate. Bringing recent test results is helpful but not required.
What is the difference between this and the Foundation Health Screen?
The Foundation Health Screen is a bundled assessment package including bloods, body composition and a 15-minute clinical review. The Longevity Assessment Consultation is a standalone 60-minute clinical consultation, suited to clients wanting a deeper conversation before deciding on investigations.
What happens after the consultation?
You receive a written personalised plan. Any recommended investigations can be booked through EGA. A follow-up Longevity Review is recommended once results are available.
Can I bring a partner?
The session is one-to-one with the clinician. If a partner wishes to attend a session for their own assessment, a separate consultation should be booked.
