Panel

What's Covered

Everything in the Advanced Longevity Assessment, plus eight additional areas. Tailored by sex — female and male versions. Clinician-reviewed results delivered within 14 days.

01Fatty Acid Status

Omega-3 Index, Omega-6:Omega-3 ratio, AA:EPA ratio, Arachidonic acid (AA), EPA, Trans fat index. One of the most clinically significant additions. The Omega-3 Index measures EPA and DHA concentration in your red blood cell membranes — a reflection of your longer-term omega-3 intake. In published research, an index below 4% has been associated with a higher risk of sudden cardiac death, and an index of 8% or above with the lowest risk (Harris & von Schacky, Preventive Medicine, 2004).

02Muscle & Joint Health

Creatine kinase, rheumatoid factor, uric acid. Creatine kinase reflects muscle damage and recovery status. Rheumatoid factor screens for autoimmune joint disease. Uric acid is increasingly recognised as an independent cardiovascular and metabolic risk factor.

03Advanced Immune Health

Complement C3, complement C4, immunoglobulins A, G and M, anti-streptolysin O. The complement system is a critical branch of innate immunity. Abnormalities can indicate autoimmune conditions, chronic infection, or immune dysregulation. Immunoglobulins provide a comprehensive view of antibody-mediated immune function.

04Bone Health

Parathyroid hormone (PTH). PTH regulates calcium metabolism and bone turnover. Elevated PTH — even within 'normal' ranges — can indicate early hyperparathyroidism, accelerated bone loss, or vitamin D-driven calcium dysregulation. Particularly relevant for anyone concerned about osteoporosis risk.

05Pancreatic Health

Amylase, lipase. These enzymes assess the exocrine function of the pancreas — the aspect responsible for digestion. Elevated levels can indicate pancreatic inflammation or stress, often silently and without symptoms in early stages.

06Allergy Evaluation

Immunoglobulin E (IgE). Total IgE provides a global marker of allergic tendency and atopic load — relevant to asthma, eczema, food sensitivities, and chronic low-grade allergic inflammation that can drive systemic inflammatory burden independently of other markers.

07Nutritional Health

Folate, vitamin B12, total antioxidant status (TAS). Total antioxidant status provides a single composite measure of your body's overall capacity to neutralise free radicals and resist oxidative damage — one of the primary mechanisms of cellular ageing. Combined with folate and B12, this gives a complete picture of methylation capacity and antioxidant defence.

08Digestive Health

H. pylori antibody, anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies (anti-tTG). H. pylori is one of the most common bacterial infections worldwide — frequently asymptomatic, yet associated with gastric ulcers, gastric cancer risk, and systemic inflammatory effects. Anti-tTG antibodies screen for coeliac disease, which remains undiagnosed in around two in three people who have it in the UK (Coeliac UK).

09InBody Body Composition Analysis

Bioelectrical impedance measuring skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage and distribution (including visceral fat), total body water, and segmental muscle and fat analysis. Muscle mass and visceral fat are two of the most powerful predictors of long-term health and longevity.

10VISIA Skin Age Analysis

Multi-spectrum imaging assessing skin age score, UV damage, brown spots and redness, pores, texture and wrinkles, bacteria and porphyrins, and a TruSkin Age — an AI-powered assessment that compares your facial skin features with a global database of peers of the same chronological age and ethnicity.

11VO₂ Max Testing

A lab-based cardiopulmonary exercise test measuring maximal oxygen uptake — reflecting cardiac output, oxygen transport capacity, and muscular oxygen utilisation. Provides a direct assessment of cardiorespiratory fitness and personalised heart rate training zones based on ventilatory thresholds (VT1 and VT2).

12RMR Testing (Resting Metabolic Rate)

An indirect calorimetry test measuring the calories your body burns at rest and how efficiently you use fat and carbohydrate as fuel. Provides your measured resting energy expenditure and respiratory exchange ratio, giving a precise basis for nutrition targets, body composition goals, and metabolic health tracking over time.

1340-Minute Doctor Consultation

The most comprehensive consultation in the EGA range. A full review of every significant marker across blood, body composition, and skin; cardiovascular risk stratification using standard and advanced lipid markers plus Omega-3 Index; hormonal status and whether BHRT, TRT, or other optimisation strategies are relevant; your metabolic and inflammatory burden; and a prioritised, personalised longevity protocol with specific next steps.

The full EGA Advanced panel is also included — covering urinalysis, advanced lipids (ApoB, Lp(a), small LDL, ApoB/A-I ratio), inflammation & methylation (hsCRP, homocysteine), glucose & metabolic hormones (insulin, C-peptide, leptin, resistin, adiponectin), full renal function (cystatin C, eGFR, uric acid), complete thyroid panel (TSH, fT4, fT3, Anti-Tg, Anti-TPO), full sex hormone panel with tumour markers (CA 125 female / PSA male), full blood count, iron studies, liver function, and key vitamins & minerals.

Audience

Who It's For

The Comprehensive Assessment is for people who want the most complete and precise read on their biology that current longevity medicine can provide in a single appointment.

  • Want a truly exhaustive baseline — cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, nutritional, inflammatory, and cellular health in one visit
  • Are already health-conscious and optimising, and want data precise enough to inform serious decisions
  • Are considering hormone optimisation therapy (BHRT or TRT) and want a full picture before starting
  • Have a family history of cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, or cancer
  • Have done a Foundation or Advanced assessment before and want to go deeper
  • Approach your health the way high performers approach everything — with as much data as possible

No referral needed. £100 deposit, fully redeemable against your assessment.

What These Results Can Tell You

The Comprehensive Assessment is the only panel in the EGA range that leaves no significant gap. Beyond what the Advanced panel reveals, the additional markers can surface:

  • Undetected coeliac disease and H. pylori — both highly prevalent, both routinely missed
  • Cellular oxidative damage you cannot feel — depleted antioxidant defences before symptoms appear
  • Fatty acid imbalance driving silent inflammation — Omega-3 Index, AA:EPA ratio, and trans fat burden
  • Immune system ageing and early autoimmune patterns through complement and immunoglobulin profiling
  • Bone density risk before it becomes irreversible — via parathyroid hormone abnormalities
  • Pancreatic stress before it affects blood sugar — through amylase and lipase
  • Allergy-driven inflammatory burden via elevated total IgE

For people who do not want to wonder whether they missed something.

04

Difference

How This Supports Your Longevity

The Comprehensive Assessment is built for people who understand that longevity is not a single number — it is the product of many systems working well together.

Cardiovascular precision

The Omega-3 Index and extended lipid markers give your clinician the data to stratify risk with the accuracy preventive cardiologists use. Most people who complete this assessment discover at least one marker they would not have known about otherwise.

Complete hormonal mapping

The full sex hormone, thyroid, and metabolic hormone panel gives a complete cross-section. If optimisation is appropriate, you have the full data to proceed with confidence.

Omega-3 and cellular health

Omega-3 fatty acids are incorporated into every cell membrane in your body. This is one of the most modifiable markers in the panel — and one of the most commonly deficient.

A protocol built on complete data

The difference between a good longevity plan and a great one is the quality of the data it is built on. No significant gap remains — your clinician can recommend with full confidence, and you can act with the same.

05

Questions

Common Questions

Do I need to fast before my blood test?

Yes. We recommend fasting for 10–12 hours before your appointment (water is fine). Continue any regular medications as usual unless advised otherwise.

Do I need a GP referral?

No referral required. Book directly online or by phone.

How long does the appointment take?

Allow approximately 90 minutes. This covers the blood draw, InBody scan, VISIA skin analysis, and your 40-minute doctor consultation.

How long do results take?

Your full clinician-reviewed report is delivered within 14 working days, then reviewed with you in your 40-minute consultation.

Why does the panel differ for men and women?

The hormone panel and tumour markers are tailored to male and female physiology. Women receive CA 125 ovarian screening and a full female hormone panel. Men receive PSA and male androgen interpretation. All other markers are identical.

What does coeliac disease screening involve?

The anti-tTG antibody test requires that you are currently eating gluten regularly (at least one serving per day for six weeks prior to testing). If you have already eliminated gluten from your diet, the test may produce a false negative. Please inform us at the time of booking.

What happens if my H. pylori test is positive?

A positive result will be clearly highlighted in your report with a clinician's commentary and recommended next steps. Treatment typically involves a one-week course of antibiotics and is highly effective.

What is the Omega-3 Index?

It measures the concentration of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids in your red blood cell membranes. Dietary intake alone is a poor predictor — absorption varies dramatically between individuals, so most people taking omega-3 supplements have no idea whether they are actually working.

Can I share my results with my NHS GP?

Yes. Your PDF report is straightforward to share and provides significantly more clinical detail than a standard GP blood result sheet.

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hours' notice required. The £100 deposit is forfeited on late cancellations.
