The Most Complete PictureOf Your Physical Health Available.

Four clinical assessments. One session. A comprehensive view of how your metabolism, cardiovascular system, body composition, and musculoskeletal function are performing — and what that means for your health over the long term.

Panel

What's Covered

Four complementary assessments covering the physical domains that research consistently identifies as most predictive of long-term health and longevity. All conducted in a single clinic visit in a fixed sequence determined by clinical logic: RMR first while fully rested, VO₂ Max next, InBody once metabolic tests are complete, and the VALD ForceDecks strength and movement assessment last.

011. RMR Testing — Resting Metabolic Rate

You lie comfortably for 15–20 minutes while a metabolic mask measures oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide output at rest. The result is your precise resting calorie burn and respiratory quotient — the metabolic foundation for all nutrition and energy management.

022. VO₂ Max Testing — Cardiovascular Fitness

Progressive exercise on a stationary bike or treadmill to maximum exertion, with a metabolic mask measuring oxygen uptake in real time. Produces your VO₂ Max score, aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, and individual heart rate training zones. Among the stronger independent predictors of all-cause mortality among physical metrics.

033. Body Composition Analysis — InBody

A 10-minute medical-grade bioelectrical impedance scan measuring skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat level, total body water, and segmental distribution across arms, legs, and trunk — going well beyond what weight and BMI can reveal.

044. Strength, Power & Movement Assessment — VALD ForceDecks

A comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment using VALD ForceDecks dual force plates — the measurement system used by elite sports programmes and research institutions worldwide. Covers IMTP (peak force production), CMJ (explosive power and limb symmetry), balance (neuromuscular control), grip strength, and overhead squat movement screening.

None of these assessments can substitute for another. A person can have excellent cardiovascular fitness and poor musculoskeletal capacity. A person can have a normal BMI and elevated visceral fat. This package measures all four domains — in a single visit, by a clinical team, with results synthesised into one integrated report.

Audience

Who It's For

For people who want a comprehensive, evidence-based physical baseline rather than a partial picture.

  • People preparing for a full longevity assessment who want physical performance data alongside biomarker results
  • People over 30 who want to know where their cardiovascular fitness, metabolic rate, and musculoskeletal capacity genuinely sit relative to age-matched norms
  • People who exercise regularly and want an objective, clinically measured assessment of whether training is producing the right outcomes across all physical domains
  • Athletes or highly active people wanting a complete performance and health baseline
  • People planning a structured longevity intervention who want a full physical starting point to track against

03

Deliverable

What You Leave With

An integrated clinician-reviewed report delivered within 3 working days, synthesising all four assessments into a single clinical document.

  • Precise RMR, respiratory quotient, metabolic efficiency classification, and nutritional targets
  • VO₂ Max score, fitness classification, age-adjusted percentile, aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, and personalised heart rate training zones
  • Skeletal muscle mass (total and segmental), body fat percentage, visceral fat level with clinical classification, and total body water
  • VALD ForceDecks data: IMTP peak force and rate of force development, CMJ power output and symmetry indices, balance and neuromuscular control assessment, grip strength with normative comparison, overhead squat movement quality findings
  • Integrated clinical commentary identifying priorities and recommendations across training, nutrition, and lifestyle

04

Difference

Why Assess The Whole Picture

Individual metrics are useful; integrated assessment is what enables genuinely informed decisions.

Identifies the limiting factor

Combined data reveals where to direct training and nutrition effort for the greatest return — which no single test can determine alone.

Longevity relevance

Each domain measured is independently associated with healthspan and mortality risk in large prospective cohorts. Together they reflect the physical capacities that determine functional independence across the decades ahead.

Questions

Common Questions

How should I prepare?

Fast for 6 hours before your appointment (water is fine). Avoid caffeine on the morning of the visit. Avoid intense exercise for at least 24 hours beforehand. Wear comfortable exercise clothing and appropriate footwear.

How long is the appointment?

Allow approximately 2.5 hours for the full session, including preparation, rest intervals between tests, and the movement assessment.

I am not particularly fit. Can I still do all the tests?

Yes. The assessments measure where you are, not where you should be. The VO₂ Max test is taken to your individual maximum — wherever that is — not a fixed external standard. The RMR test requires no physical effort at all. The VALD ForceDecks tests involve short bursts of effort rather than sustained exercise.

Can the assessments be split across days?

Standard delivery is in a single visit. If split delivery is needed, please discuss at booking.

How often should I repeat the package?

Annually as a longevity baseline, or every 12 to 16 weeks during structured training change.
